Lindsay teaches Austin corporate yoga to employees and management. Her classes focus on moving the body with the breath, calming the mind, and energizing the body. She gives students options to make each pose more challenging or more accessible. Classes are fun, playful and challenging; classes are open to all levels. Lindsay offers private yoga in Austin. Private, one-on-one yoga is taught in-home or at Austin Gymnastics Club; the aim is to find movements that work for your body and to accomplish your wellness goals. Individual yoga is beneficial for anyone who is returning to yoga after a break, who wants to improve flexibility and mobility, new students or anyone looking to master arm balances and handstands. In addition to Austin corporate yoga, Lindsay teaches adult yoga at Austin Gymnastics Club and at the NW YMCA. AGC yoga classes are offered Saturdays at 10am; yoga classes are 50 minutes. You do NOT need to be flexible to attend yoga; inflexiblity is your qualification TO try yoga. Classes are playful, challenging and open to ALL levels. Drop in fee of $10 per class.
